Clarach Bay

Take a short stroll down to the beach in Clarach Bay, sit on the rocks and try to spot the Cardigan Bay pod of dolphins. If you’re feeling energetic, follow the coastal path over the cliffs to Aberystwyth or to Borth, in the opposite direction.

The Victorian seaside resort of Aberystwyth is only 10 minutes away, with its promenade, pier and cliff railway. The town has many shops, pubs and great places to eat. There is also the Vale of Rheidol Railway to the world famous Devil’s Bridge and waterfalls, the National Library of Wales and Arts Centre as well as the usual amenities of a town including supermarkets and a leisure centre.
